I'm Kol Bakken, a writer-director hailing from Tucson, Arizona. I've been interested in filmmaking since I was very young and I've just recently moved out to LA in the hopes of pursuing a career in the field. I've always had a propensity for comedy but I'm hoping to work my way into the science fiction space out here as that's where my true passion lies.

   I've recently directed and produced two short films: Possessive and Dead Drop, a horror/thriller and a sci-fi, respectively. Dead Drop is in post production, whereas Possessive is currently entering its festival run! Keep an eye out for it!
